How to access gotogel on mobile
We offer three routes to our gotogel platform on mobile. The easiest is the web version: open gotogel.app in your phone browser, and you're done. No download, no installation, no storage space used. The second is our native app on Google Play (Android 7 or newer). The third is our app on the Apple App Store (iOS 12 or newer). All three connect to the same account, so you can start on the web and switch to the app whenever you like.

Installation steps for Android
- Enable unknown sources. Open Settings → Apps & notifications → Advanced → Install unknown apps (or Default apps) → enable Chrome or your browser to install from unknown sources. This allows you to install the APK outside the Play Store if you prefer it.
- Download the APK. Visit gotogel.app on your Android phone, tap the Android download link, and save the file to your device.
- Install and open. Once downloaded, open the file manager, locate the gotogel APK, tap it, and follow the prompts to install. Then open the app and register or log in.
- Grant permissions. The app will request permission to access your camera (for ID verification), phone storage (for app cache), and notification settings. Allow these to use all features.
If you prefer not to enable unknown sources, simply open Google Play on your Android phone, search "gotogel", and install our official app. It's the same app, just via Google's app store instead of a direct APK download.
Installation steps for iOS
- Open the App Store. On your iPhone or iPad, tap the App Store icon, search for "gotogel", and tap the app name.
- Tap Get, then Install. You'll be asked to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. Confirm.
- Wait for installation. The button will show "Installing…" and then change to "Open" once ready.
- Open and register. Tap "Open" to launch gotogel, then register a new account or log in with an existing one.
iOS users do not need to enable unknown sources; Apple's App Store approval handles security. The gotogel app on iOS has the same features as Android and the web version.
Using the web version (no app needed)
If you do not want to install an app, simply visit gotogel.app in your browser and use the platform directly. The mobile website is fully responsive: it adjusts to your phone screen, works offline to show your recent bet history, and sends push notifications if you allow them. You can also add gotogel to your home screen for a shortcut—on iPhone, tap Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android, tap the menu → Install app. From then on, tapping the gotogel icon launches the browser version instantly, and it feels like a native app.
App versus browser: which is faster?
Our native gotogel app is faster for repeated use. It caches your account balance, recent bets, and game library locally, so the app loads in under 1 second on your second visit. Device requirements for gotogel
Our gotogel app requires Android 7.0 or later (released 2016 onwards) or iOS 12.0 or later (released 2018 onwards). If your phone is older than these versions, the web version will still work in your browser. We support all major phones: Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, iPhone 6s and newer, and tablets running compatible operating systems. Your device needs at least 100 MB of free storage for the app, and a stable internet connection (WiFi or 4G/5G mobile data). We do not charge for the app, and data usage is minimal—less than 5 MB per hour of active play, unless you watch live-dealer video streams, which use more bandwidth.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If you cannot install the APK on Android because of an "Unknown sources" error, return to Settings → Apps & notifications → Advanced → Default apps → and tap your browser name, then toggle "Install unknown apps" to ON. If you see a certificate warning, this is normal—our app is signed with our certificate, and you can safely tap "Install" to continue. If the app crashes on launch, try clearing the app cache: Settings → Apps → gotogel → Storage → Clear Cache. If your iOS app won't update from the App Store, check that you have sufficient storage (at least 500 MB free), turn off WiFi and use mobile data, and try again. If you see a network timeout during download, move closer to your WiFi router or switch to mobile data. If you have further trouble, contact our support team and describe what error message you see.
Your data, permissions, and account security on gotogel
We at gotogel protect your login and payment data with industry-standard encryption. When you install the app, it will ask for permission to access your camera (for identity verification), phone storage (to cache your recent transactions), and notifications (to alert you to game information). You can allow or deny any of these; the app will still work, but some features may be limited. We never access your contacts, photos, or messages. Your password and payment methods are stored securely and never shared with third parties. If you log out, all cached data on that device is cleared. We recommend using a strong password, enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings, and never sharing your login details.
